1. Information We Collect
When you place an order we collect your Bantyr username, your email address (optional), the package and payment method you choose, and payment details such as the transaction hash or order reference.
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. If you use our live chat, we receive the messages you send.
We never collect your Bantyr password, and we never store card numbers or wallet private keys.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your pearl orders, send order confirmation and delivery emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the site secure, understand how the site is used, and show advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Essential. We set one cookie, cookie_consent, to remember your cookie choice for 12 months. It is always on.
Live chat. Our live chat provider, Tawk.to, sets its own cookies to keep your chat session working. We load it only after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular; it does not use cookies to track you across sites. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics is only allowed to store cookies after you click Accept. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising. See section 4.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work properly.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
We may show ads on some pages of this site using Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.

We do not show ads on checkout, order or admin pages, and we never ask you to click on ads.
5. Data Retention
We keep order records for up to 90 days for customer support purposes, or longer where we need them to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Email addresses are kept only as long as needed to fulfil your order and provide support. Chat transcripts are kept according to our chat provider's retention settings.
6. Third-Party Services
We share only the data needed for each service to work with: NOWPayments (crypto checkout), our card payment providers (card checkout), Resend (transactional email), Tawk.to (live chat), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Google (analytics and advertising). Each of these has its own privacy policy and acts under its own terms. We do not sell your data to them or to anyone else.
7. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. 9. Children
PearlStore is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by third-party checkout providers, and we never store payment credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
